Dynamic Agile Culture

There are four critical issues preoccupying the leaders of both large and small organizations around the world in the 21st century:

• How do you attract and keep a talented agile workforce?
• How do you increase stakeholder value?
• How do you increase creativity and productivity?
• How do you achieve these results through a mindset behaviour driven cultural transformation?

Why?
• Mindset behaviour drives culture
• Culture drives employee fulfillment
• Employee fulfillment drives customer satisfaction
• Customer satisfaction drives shareholder value

Building a successful organizational agile culture has become the most significant source of competitive advantage and brand differentiation in business today. By creating an environment in which people are valued, developed and rewarded, organizations gain a significant competitive advantage and can begin to build a stronger, more loyal and more productive workforce.

To create such an environment, people must be valued, developed and rewarded on terms that connect with their unique mindset behavioural style. Therefore, an understanding of mindset behaviour and how to adapt is critical to developing a dynamic agile culture.

The Dynamics of an agile culture is mindset behaviour, communication and driving forces as it applies to organizational values, employee fulfillment, customer satisfaction and ultimately shareholder value. It engages the participants in a fast-paced interactive format as they learn how to communicate as a way of understanding themselves and others.

Through a series of online training, live online training, and exercises, participants learn the mindset behavioural process, enabling them to identify mindset behavioural traits in others. Individuals learn how to interact with and how to appreciate other’s mindset behavioural and communication styles, ultimately working together to develop practical strategies and techniques to become more agile.

We use multiple science-based assessments to discover what makes a person — what they do, how they do it and why they do the things they do.  We also embrace a philosophy that measures both the presence and absence of mindset behaviour and acceptance and avoidance.

The assessment will help you attain a greater knowledge of yourself as well as others. The ability to interact effectively with people may be the difference between success and failure in your Agile life.
